The Firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the region and nation. The Firm's trial practice concentrates on complex business and corporate litigation. The Firm regularly advises its clients regarding the interpretation and application of commercial general liability policies, D&O policies, property polices, fidelity bonds, and professional liability policies.
