Lawyer Overview

Lisa practices a wide variety of corporate and commercial litigation. She has experience litigating shareholder disputes, business torts, restrictive covenants, employment discrimination claims, and environmental matters.

Lisa is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she previously served on the Quality of Life Task Force. She also is a past chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania. Currently, Lisa serves as a member of the board of trustees of The Arc of Greater Pittsburgh, which provides advocacy and support for individuals and for families of individuals with disabilities, and is a member of the Library Development Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Lisa was a shareholder of the law firm of Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir.
