Lawyer Overview
Glenn heads up Jones Day's worldwide securitization practice and its New York derivative products practice. He is experienced in the representation of issuers, sponsors, sellers, underwriters, liquidity and credit providers, servicers, derivative providers, investors, and rating agencies in connection with the issuance of asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities and cash and synthetic CDOs. He has been involved in the integration of interest rate, currency, credit, and commodity derivatives into structured transactions, as well as the creation of synthetic securities through structured note and loan trusts.
