Donald M. Klein is of counsel to the firm and is a member of the Real Estate Department. His practice is in various areas of real estate, including office, retail and shopping center leases, subleases and assignments; subordination agreements; estoppel certificates; brokerage agreements; purchases and sales of commercial and residential real estate; representing borrowers in mortgage transactions; closing attorney for lenders for mortgages and cooperative apartment loans; amendments to cooperative offering plans; and closing attorney for cooperative housing corporations.

Mr. Klein graduated from the City College of New York, Baruch School with a B.B.A. and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Mr. Klein is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
