The Law Firm of Chucker & Reibach specializes in the defense of traffic offenses. Chucker & Reibach understands your privilege to drive is important. Our firm strives to represent clients in traffic court in order to eliminate offenses or reduce the serverity of offenses that might otherwise appear on your driving record and effect your insurance rates. Each case is handled in a professional manner with quality legal representation.

The attorneys at Chucker & Reibach have over 50 years of collective legal experience. Our lawyers include an attorney selected by the Virginia Law Foundation to teach lawyers and judges on the intricacies of drunk driving and serious traffic offenses, two former prosecutors, a former FBI agent, a former adjunct law professor and a retired army major. Our lawyers are often consulted by Virginia Lawyers Weekly and lawyers throughout Virginia on new developments in traffic defense.

Although we focus on traffic offenses, both felony and misdemeanors, we defend criminal cases and find that our former prosecutorial experience is very helpful in that regard.
