These procedures allow you and your spouse greater control over your divorce agreement because they allow you to negotiate the terms of your divorce rather than leave it to a judge’s decision.

I maintain a strong connection to the legal community though memberships to national and local bar associations. I am a member of the Family Law Sections of the District of Columbia Bar and the Bar Association for Montgomery County. I am also a member of the Maryland and American Bar Associations and part of the National Order of Barristers. In addition, I am a facilitator for the Montgomery County Circuit Court Family Division.
