Lawyer Overview

My Rockville, Maryland law firm was created to help individuals facing divorce and family law issues find a dignified resolution to their case. As a Maryland family lawyer, I am committed to exhausting every available option before litigating your family law case. I guide my clients through the legal process of marriage termination while easing their tensions and addressing their concerns.

I help families resolve issues regarding:

  • Divorce
  • Legal separation
  • Child support
  • Custody and visitation
  • Alimony and spousal support
  • Property rights and division
  • Modifications and enforcements
  • Domestic violence
  • Restraining orders and orders for protection
  • Paternity disputes
  • Prenuptial agreements

Dedicated to Exploring the Options…

Many people do not even realize that there are alternatives to family court. Individuals who wish to avoid litigation may seek to resolve their case through mediation, arbitration, or collaboration. These procedures allow you and your spouse greater control over your divorce agreement because they allow you to negotiate the terms of your divorce rather than leave it to a judge’s decision.

When you contact me to discuss your situation, I will advise you on your options and help you determine which avenue will work best for you.

I maintain a strong connection to the legal community though memberships to national and local bar associations. I am a member of the Family Law Sections of the District of Columbia Bar and the Bar Association for Montgomery County. I am also a member of the Maryland and American Bar Associations and part of the National Order of Barristers. In addition, I am a facilitator for the Montgomery County Circuit Court Family Division.
