Howard S. Shafer has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and corporate liability defense field. Howard became a Partner in a small insurance and negligence defense firm after two years in practice and went on to become an Executive Committee Member of a larger and well known firm in the field. In 2005 Howard formed Shafer Glazer with David Glazer. Howard has extensive experience in the State and Federal courts, including trials and appeals. Throughout his career, Howard has been involved in the defense of automobile liability, construction liability, directors & officers Liability, employment practices liability, environmental/ toxic tort, general liability, municipal liability, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, security company liability and workers' compensation claims. Howard's cases have been reported in both Federal and State reporters and his articles have appeared in a number of legal publications. He has lectured on various subjects.
