Mr. Miller began his legal career with Quinn, Johnston, Henderson, Pretorius & Cerulo over 25 years ago, practicing law in Illinois since 1986 and in Iowa since 2006. He has also been admitted to practice before all three Federal Districts Courts in Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Mr. Miller represents hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and other medical care providers and their insurers in the defense of their professional liability claims. An experienced trial lawyer, he has taken medical malpractice cases to verdict throughout Illinois, from Rock Island to Benton, Quincy to Champaign. He is available to educate or consult with hospital risk managers and administrative teams on a variety of legal issues including professional liability, HIPAA, informed consent, credentialing and other issues of concern to health care entities and professionals.
