Significant experience in real estate acquisitions, transfers, leasing and financing, as well as in obtaining land use and environmental permits and approvals for commercial, mixed-use and residential developments. Particular focus in acquisition of commuter and light rail operating corridors and rights of way, transit-oriented development, trackage rights and disputes, franchises, rail crossing negotiations, industry track agreements and railroad property acquisition by public/private entities, including railbanked corridors under the “Rails to Trails” Act.

Beth was also recently singled out by the highly-regarded Chambers USA legal directory, which annually interviews firm clients.
