Mr. Kahn is a Managing Shareholder of our Creditors' Rights department, andSupervising Shareholder of our Collection Practice Area, wherehe focuses a majority of his time. Outside of our collections practice, Mr. Kahnactively practices in the areas of commercial law, litigation, and real estate.

Mr. Kahn began his career as a Deputy Attorney Generalfor the State of New Jersey in the Division of Criminal Justice, from 1973 to 1974. He also served as attorney to the Town of Morristown from1978 to 1981.

Mr. Kahn is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and MorrisCounty Bar Association, as well as the Commercial Law League of America, theNational Associate of Retail Collection Attorneys, and the Commercial CollectionAssociation. He is also counsel to the New Jersey Court OfficersAssociation.
