Law Firm Overview

All work done by our firm is under the direct supervision and direction of experienced attorneys who pride themselves on being knowledgeable of the latest changes in the law.  We do not employ law clerks or paralegals to prepare the paperwork.  Any paperwork which is filed with the court is personally prepared by an attorney.  All cases are handled from start to finish by the same attorney who also personally attends all court appearance with the client.  We believe that this type of "hands-on" handling of a client's case is the most effective and cost efficient way to give our clients the best representation possible.  This type of representation is the result of years of experience in the practice of law.

Winfield S. Payne, III, graduated from Western State University College of Law in 1979 with honors, including honors in Bankruptcy.  He passed the California State Bar Exam on the first attempt in 1979 and has practiced law since November, 1979.  He has been an active and concerned part of the Riverside County community since opening his office in Moreno Valley in 1984.  In December, 1998, Mr. Payne received an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
