Lawyer Overview

Mr. Harris is one of the firm's six founding shareholders and brings with him years of litigation experience and exceptional legal counsel. Prior to the firm's inception, he was involved in several large cases including: Continental Airlines Crash of Flight 1713, MGM Fire Litigation, and the Denver Water Board (Foothills Pipeline) Litigation.

Although he is currently focusing his practice on insurance bad faith litigation, his other practice areas include: insurance defense, insurance coverage, multi-district and complex litigation. He is admitted to practice in the following courts: Colorado State Courts - 1973; U.S. District Court - District of Colorado 1973; U.S. Court of Appeals-Tenth Circuit 1973.
