Law Firm Overview

As a solo practitioner, I offer each of my clients personal attention, and I personally handle all aspects of every case from beginning to end. My law firm, Gregory S. Futch, Attorney at Law, is located in Santa Rosa, and I represent clients throughout Sonoma County, California, including the communities of Petaluma and Rohnert Park. In order to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date legal representation, I limit my practice to divorce and family law, wills and trusts, and probate and trust administration.

My practice is designed to meet the routine legal needs of middle class families. By practicing alone, limiting my practice areas, and making office decisions that reduce my overhead, I can pass significant financial savings on to my clients and keep my fees affordable. In family law matters, I offer a free 20-30 minute initial consultation for individuals needing a Sonoma County family law attorney. I accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

In my family law practice, I do my best to reduce the stress, emotional pain, and financial cost of divorce. I am trained as a mediator, and I offer divorcing spouses the option of mediating Marital Settlement Agreements. When settlement is not possible, I take cases to court and advocate strongly for my clients’ best interests. I handle divorce and legal separation, child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, restraining orders, and uncontested stepparent adoptions. Many of my referrals come from satisfied former clients.

At some point, most families must address issues related to wills and probate. I handle routine wills and trusts, revocable living trusts, probate of estates, and administration of trust estates, all at affordable rates.
