John Brady is a partner in our Milwaukee and Delafield offices.  John has spent more than 30 years advising business clients on all aspects of the law.  He believes that his most important skills are listening to his clients and the objectives they want to accomplish and then to make the complex simple.  His clients range from entrepreneurs to lenders and multi-national organizations.

In addition to his general business law background, John has extensive experience in mergers and aquisitions, venture capital financing and debt financing.  John has represented buyers as well as sellers in sales of businesses through asset transactions, stock sales, stock exchanges and mergers.  John also represents companies in the venture capital arena including traditional venture capital investments, as well as convertible and secured debt arrangements.  John has represented borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions and subordinated debt financing and in all forms of real estate development and investment, transactions being an important element of the businesses that John represents.

John earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Dotre Dame and received his law degree, cum laude, from the Marquette University in 1973 and was privileged to serve as a law clerk to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  John is married with three children.
