Cindy Brazell concentrates her practice in a wide range of complex commercial and banking transactions, real estate finance, and related matters. Her areas of concentration include commercial real estate finance and representation of banks and other financial institutions in syndicated secured and unsecured lending and credit enhancement transactions in all industries. In addition to representing lenders, Cindy frequently represents borrowers in a variety of credit transactions.

Cindy has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which recognizes her at the highest levels of skill, integrity, and professional excellence. She is a board member and chair of board development for the Atlanta Women's Foundation and is a board member of the Board of Directors Network.
