Lawyer Overview

Karen Corrigan practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, concentrating in equity compensation arrangements. She has worked on a wide variety of U.S. and international compensation plans for executives and broad-based groups of employees. She counsels clients on insider trading compliance and reporting under Section 16 and related federal securities laws and regulations.

She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association. She also serves as a director and as vice president and treasurer of the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
