Attorney Robert M. Griffin is a senior practitioner at Denner Pellegrino, LLP, Counselors At Law, engaged in criminal and civil trial law.  Attorney Griffin has substantial experience in trial practice, court management practices and investigation processes. 

Mr. Griffin is a former Chief of Superior Court Prosecution of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and supervised 73 Superior Court Assistant District Attorneys and support staff, while maintaining a personal caseload of homicide prosecutions.  Prior to that, he served as Superior Court Trial Manager and worked with the Investigation Unit to ensure thorough and professional investigation and case enhancement providing a link to the Boston Police Department.  For three years, he managed a regular caseload of 35-70 felony cases and was responsible for all phases of litigation. 

Attorney Griffin also has served as Deputy Chief District Court Prosecutor of the Boston Municipal Court, provided on-call legal counsel to homicide investigators for the Boston Primary Response Team Homicide Division, Assistant District Attorney for Roxbury District Court, Boston Municipal Court, Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and as trial and administrative supervisor at Roxbury District Court.  He has over three years experience in the practice of law as a sole practitioner and multiple years experiences related to youthful offenders and pre-release programs.  Mr. Griffin takes seriously his endeavors for his clients as reflected in his statement,  “In preparing your case, I will leave no issue to chance nor any question unanswered.”

Mr. Griffin received a JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1989 and a BA with double majors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.  He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for Boston and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
