The law firm of St. Martin & Williams originated in 1972. It restricts its practice to tort litigation for plaintiffs in the areas of auto and aircraft accidents, admiralty and maritime law, defective products, and oil field accidents. The firm has obtained numerous million dollar settlements and verdicts. Cases reported are Bergeron v. Blake Drilling & Workover Company, Inc., 599 So.2d 827 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1992); Wiley v. Chevron, 711 F.2d 602 (5th Cir. 1983). Terry v. Raymond International Inc., 658 F.2d 398 (5th Cir. 1981). Clement vs. La DOTD, 653 So2d 1341 (La. App. 1st Cir. 1995) Over the years, the firm has supported hundreds of civic projects in the Terrebonne Parish area including the United Way Drive, the Close-Up Program, abused and neglected children's shelters, and local recreational sports leagues. The offices are in Houma, Louisiana on an historic plantation established in 1827 known as "Crescent Farm". The plantation home was built in 1849 and has been renovated to accommodate our Law Offices.
