Graduated from Rutgers University (Cook College) with Honors in 1980 and University of Denver College of Law in 1984. Admitted to Colorado Bar in 1984; New Jersey Bar in 1986; Washington, D.C. Bar in 1986; and New York Bar in 1987. Two years general practice and civil litigation in a Denver, Colorado firm from 1984-1986. Entered private practice in New Jersey in 1986, joined the firm in 1988, becoming a partner in 1994. Mr. Marino is primarily engaged in environmental, insurance, toxic tort and general civil litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Marino also counsels clients in the areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Elder Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections), the New Jersey Defense Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
