S. 46-455(B) nursing home neglect case to reach a jury in Maricopa County, obtaining a verdict for $570,000 in compensatory damages and $10 million in punitive damages because the nursing home allowed a resident to become malnourished and develop Stage III and Stage IV pressure ulcers, ultimately causing the resident's death from sepsis.

Arizona Assisted Living Facility Neglect, Abuse, and Medical Malpractice Attorney
