Susan Earnest practices in the areas of products liability and medical malpractice.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana and the State of Texas .

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University , she worked in the health care industry until attending law school. Upon graduating from Tulane Law School she primarily represented clients in medical malpractice.  In 1994 she served on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Louisiana Breast Implant Class Action.  Spitzfaden, et al vs. Dow Chemical.     

During the 1997 and 1999 Louisiana Legislative sessions, Ms. Earnest lobbied on behalf of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers; and she participated in the Association of Trial Lawyers Woman's Caucus Lobby Days in Washington, D.C. for HMO reform.
