In his 30 plus years of practice in Amarillo in complex litigation, Mr. Mozola has successfully tried intellectual property, oil & gas, breach of contract, securities fraud, and various commercial disputes, assisting his clients in recovering over 250 million dollars.

Mr. Mozola since 1983 has been certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 by the Texas Monthly Magazine. In 2005 he was among the top 50 central and west Texas region super lawyers who received the highest point totals in the Super Lawyer balloting, research and blue ribbon review process. He is a life member of the Texas Bar Foundation and American Bar Foundation.

Mr. Mozola attended the University of Texas on a tennis scholarship earning the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors. He graduated from the University of Texas Law School with Honors and was named to the Order of the Coif.
