Lawyer Overview

Eugene has been with Moquin & Daley since 1985 and a partner with the firm since 1990. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Eugene was employed for several years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, giving him a unique perspective in the areas of worker's compensation and personal injury.  Eugene was also employed as a supervisor for five years at a teaching hospital in Toledo, Ohio and has had extensive training and experience in the ER, CCU, and ICU.

In 1996 Attorney Loo was a speaker at the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Annual Convention in Boston, Massachusetts on the topic of work-related heart attacks; his seminar on the Preparation of Heart Attack and Stress Cases was of great benefit to worker's compensation practitioners from across the country.

Attorney Loo also published an article in the early 1980's in the ATLA magazine entitled Medical Malpractice - Doctors are Prescribing the Wrong Cure.  Eugene has also served as the New Hampshire representative to ATLA Minority Caucus from 1994-1999.
