I have been told that I am a small lawyer
I have been told that I am a small lawyer, in a small firm, in a small town
in a small state. This was done to intimidate me, and it did not
work. Concord New Hampshire may not be a Metropolis, but the clients
who come to me are as important as any client in any city. I represent
individuals and businesses. I have been practicing law in this state for
over 20 years and have assisted thousands of people on multiple issues.
The focus of my practice is employment law. However, my clients return:
"Can you read my lease?" I have a cousin who is in the Military and
needs helps." "You were so good with my case I need you to help me
with my custody case." I have become more generalized and expanded my
practice to include diverse areas such as custody disputes, equity matters,
ownership of personal property, Military law, and business collections. In
addition I am very familiar and very successful in equity matters such as
appeals, motions and restraining orders to list just a few. I like my
clients and am devoted to my practice of law. To me employment law is not
just discrimination it is wage and hour issues, compliance with hundreds of laws
that regulate employers, it is assisting someone who has been terminated or
should really find work elsewhere, it is a fascinating and complex area of
practice. I have no fear of political pressure and this assists me to take
on difficult cases.
I have an excellent success ratio as measured by client satisfaction.
Overall, I make no promises other than to work as hard as I can. I hope to
keep your expectations reasonable in light of the law and to exceed your
expectations whenever possible. I work with the law, I learn the law and I
use it to my clients' advantage. There is nothing better than a good
challenge! Give me a call to see if I fit your needs.
