The Practice includes both domestic and international prosecution of paten, trademark, trade secret and copyright law, and confidentially and licensing agreements pertaining thereto.

Prior to the practice law, David worked for several years in the field of industrial chemical engineering in product and process development and technical support of manufacturing operations. His technical expertise includes plastics compounding and processing technology with B.F. Goodrich; fermentation, distillation and biochemical processes for the food and beverage industry with Joseph E. Seagram and Sons; and development for specialty chemicals for the textile and oil industries with Hi-Tek Polymers/Rhone-Poulenc.
