NANCY M. BONNIWELL is a partner in our Milwaukee and Delafield offices where her practice includes estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration and marital property planning.

Ms. Bonniwell is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.S., 1978 with honors) and the University of North Dakota (J.D., 1984). She was a member of the North Dakota Law Review.

Ms. Bonniwell currently is serving on the Board of Directors and is President of Waukesha County Estate Planning Council. In addition to speaking frequently on estate planning and charitable giving, she serves on the Planned Giving Advisory Councils of the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Foundation, University Lake School in Hartland, and Milwaukee YMCA. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Institutional Advancement Committee at University Lake School.

Ms. Bonniwell is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association, Association of Women Lawyers, and Planned Giving Council of Southeastern Wisconsin.
