With over twenty-five years of experience in courts of all types, Donald Hoyt is a full-time litigator. He has concentrated extensively in the area of personal injury law, representing both claimants and defendants. His areas of practice include worker's compensation, employment discrimination, civil rights, collection and general business litigation. Mr. Hoyt has served as a court-appointed master in custody cases, and continues to actively engage in custody, adoption and divorce matters. Mr. Hoyt has been active in City and County government, serving as Assistant County Solicitor, and twice as Assistant City Solicitor. He is also active in the local bar association committees dealing with civil litigation and health law.
