Since 1959, our attorneys have concentrated on successfully representing those who have been injured by the negligence of others.   Our highly skilled attorneys, five of whom are Board Certified Trial Advocates, have been admitted to the State Bars of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

We are proud and active members of legal organizations like the American Association for Justice, in which two of our attorneys serve in executive section positions; the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, where one of our attorneys is a past president and two others currently serve on the Board of Governors; the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.  Attorneys Robert W. Munley, Marion Munley and Matthew Cartwright are also members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. 

Our attorneys are knowledgeable and frequent speakers at legal seminars and conventions, and Attorney Marion Munley is a member of the teaching staff at the famed Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.  Our attorneys serve as Legal Analysts for CBS affiliate WYOU on it's evening news broadcast every Monday through Friday.
