Lawyer Overview

David J. Draganosky graduated from LaSalle University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Arts, majoring in English. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law in 1990. While in law school, Mr. Draganosky served on the staff of the Temple Law Review, an honor for which he was chosen based upon his performance in a rigorous research and writing competition.

In 1996, Mr. Draganosky began exclusively practicing family law when Pearlstine/Salkin Associates merged with and became the Montgomery County office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a prominent then Philadelphia-based, regional law firm. In 2000, Mr. Draganosky became a partner at Fox Rothschild where he remained until he joined Shemtob Law in June, 2008. During his 12 years with Fox Rothschild, Mr. Draganosky saw the firm grow to 400 lawyers with 14 offices coast to coast and one of Pennsylvania’s premier and largest family law departments.

Mr. Draganosky is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a frequent lecturer and has been interviewed by the press regarding various family law topics including divorce, equitable distribution, custody and support. He has also authored numerous family law articles that have been published both in print and on line.
