Shenandoah Legal Group, P.C. was chartered on Feb. 14, 1994, and commenced operations on March 1, 1994. The firm was formerly known as "Jeffrey A. Fleischhauer, P.C."

Shenandoah Legal Group, P.C. was formed with the idea of delivering quality legal services to creditors at reasonable fees, and with the idea of managing the legal aspects of creditor representation in an efficient and ethical manner to achieve a high degree of client satisfaction. Shenandoah Legal Group, P.C. looks for clients who wish to "partner" in the collections and bankruptcy process, by the development of long standing, mutually rewarding relationships. For our collection clients, it is our goal to reliably impart value to the relationship, and to become thought of as your legal department in the administration of the claims and projects to which we have been assigned.

Shenandoah Legal Group, P.C. also believes that in the use of legal process for the collection of unpaid debts, or in the bankruptcy process, debtors are entitled to respect as part of the process, with the understanding that the rights of the creditor we represent are entitled to be respected as well. It is our policy that communication with consumer debtors is always done in conformity with any applicable ethical rule or statute. We also believe in success, in that when debtors are successful in their business and personal pursuits, they are better able to meet their obligations to the client we represent. We frequently are able to structure matters with debtors to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution of a claim.
