The lawyers of Krause & Hirons are convinced that the legal profession and the courts today could stand a good dose of common sense and major improvements in the efficiency by which legal services are delivered. Too many procedures and too many cases bog down the courts and too many lawyers engage in time-consuming, inefficient and often pointless games in an effort to win at all costs. There may be truth to the assertion that the movie "Gladiators" is not just about Roman fighters, but is really a story about lawyers. If this is true, it is not the way it should be.

We have the experience to see what strategies are being played out and to deal with them efficiently. We will operate within the rules because we know that when lawyers do not, they often cost everyone more money and usually end up not serving the best interests of their clients and the legal system.

We are positive that you can have your day in court and we know how to make that possible. We also know how to resolve disputes through methods which are more certain in their results and less costly in their price. The trends are to move toward more negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. We have experience in these methods.
