Summary

Lawyer Overview

I am a family law attorney and mediator.

Mediation is a better way to resolve disagreements. It is a voluntary, confidential process that allows you to talk through the issues and find a mutually agreeable solution. Mediation emphasizes self-determination. There are no rigid rules, inflexible dates, or courtroom dramatics.

Mediation can help you stay in control of your life, keep your dignity and privacy, and preserve your most important relationships, even as you move on with your life.

If mediation is not for you, I can represent you in all aspects of traditional family law litigation - divorce, paternity, custody, support, modifications and contempts - as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
