History of Parker & Montgomery

George Parker began practicing law in September, 1977, as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Robert R. (Bob) Hendricks in McKinney, Texas. In 1980, George was named partner and the firm became known as Hendricks & Parker. In 1986, George became Board Certified in the practice of Family Law and in 1993 George Parker & Associates was established with W. Mark Montgomery joining the firm in February 1994. In the fall of 2000, Mark became a partner, and the firm is now known as Parker & Montgomery.

Firm Philosophy

At Parker & Montgomery, our client-oriented philosophy is simple: our attorneys and staff are here to serve you, the client, and we work hard to achieve the best results possible in a timely, cost-efficient manner. To many law firms, a client’s case is just another file gathering dust on the proverbial shelf. That is certainly not our approach, as we appreciate the fact that to our clients and their families, theirs is the only case that matters and that effective legal representation means everything.
