Mr. Walters has served as Chapter Editor of the Developing Labor Law series published by the American Bar Association and is also a member of the ABA's Committee on the Development of Law under the National Relations Act. He has served as co-chair of the Labor Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been a lecturer and course planner in numerous continuing legal education programs on labor and employment law sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
