Our expertise extends to the representation of foreign and domestic insurance brokers, insurers and reinsurers, aviation interests and manufacturers and distributors of products in legal proceedings throughout the United States, including the Supreme Court of the United States. We also provide consultation to and represent our clients in employment and labor disputes, including union grievances and claims brought under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and local state laws.
