Lawyer Overview

Serves as general counsel to a wide variety of business enterprises drawing on his substantial experience in finance, banking, factoring and as an owner and operator of garment and textile manufacturing, importing and distributing companies. Has acquired special expertise as a lawyer and business person in international trade with the Orient, including the negotiation and drafting of import-export documentation, purchase agreements, letters of credit, customs, and shipping documentation. Has served on the advisory boards of major Japanese and California banks. Specializes in real estate law, including finance, construction, zoning, taxation and leasing. His knowledge in those areas has been greatly enhanced by his experience as an owner and developer of industrial and commercial real estate, including shopping centers, industrial warehouses and factories.
