During the course of his practice he has defended personal injury actions of all types involving negligence under automobile, homeowners and commercial liability policies; professional malpractice actions, particularly insurance agent malpractice; products liability actions, particularly asbestos claims; PIP suits; declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage; and actions involving the Unsatisfied Claim & Judgment Fund, an agency within the New Jersey Department of Insurance.
