THE FIRM
Dean and Dean, P.A. maintains an active civil law practice representing individuals and businesses with a variety of legal services. The firm maintains offices in Ocala, Leesburg, Inverness, Lake City and Gainesville to meet the needs of its clients.

The firm's attorneys and skilled legal assistants have the benefit of communication between the offices through the utilization of computerized work processors which can transmit original documents between offices; telecopy facilities; advanced telephone systems, optical scanners, and deed description plotters.

Also, the firm's computerized legal research system provides immediate on-line access to legal research materials, including all Federal and State statutes, recent cases and cases not yet published. The firm maintains an up to date central library containing a wide variety of additional research materials.

REASONABLE FEES FOR LEGAL SERVICES
Dean and Dean is committed to providing quality legal services at a reasonable and fair fee. Typically, our fees are charged based upon the actual time spent, the degree of complexity and the nature of each individual case. Our firm believes a client should never have to pay a statement for our services which the client does not believe is fair.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
