Lawyer Overview

SCOTT B. FLEMING is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes environmental law, employment law and commercial litigation.

Mr. Fleming is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.A., 1971) and its law school (J.D., cum laude, 1974). Following graduation, he joined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Chicago, Illinois as an air enforcement attorney. He is a member of the Natural Resources Section of the ABA and is active in the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar. He has lectured on environmental law for the National Business Institute and other venues. Mr. Fleming also serves as a court appointed mediator and referee.

Mr. Fleming was on the Board of Directors of Citizens For a Better Environment and Big Brothers Big Sisters and served as a Milwaukee County Court Commissioner. He is currently a member of  the Community Development Authority of the Village of Brown Deer.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
