Scott Fleming is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes commercial litigation, environmental law, bankruptcy and employment law. He is a member of the Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association and is active in the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Scott has lectured on environmental law for the National Business Institute and at other venues. He also serves as a court appointed mediator and referee.
