Evans, Osborne & Kreizman, a diversified law firm headquartered in Ocean Township, New Jersey, is a mainstay of the Monmouth County legal community. Originally formed in 1960 under the name of Lane & Evans, our firm was located in Rumson, and then Red Bank, New Jersey. We moved into our newly constructed offices in Ocean Township in 1997. Our ancillary office in the World Trade Center in New York City was opened in 1980. We are a mid-sized law firm with experienced support staff and extensive legal resources. Our attorneys are assisted both by full-time paralegals and legal interns. We have one of the finest law libraries in the area, including complete New Jersey and Federal libraries, and computer-assisted research facilities. We provide a broad range of legal services to clients in the State and Federal courts in New Jersey, as well as the Federal courts in New York.

Our offices in Ocean Township are centrally located to provide easy access to courthouses throughout the State. In addition to appearing in the Federal courts in Newark, Trenton, Camden, and New York, we appear regularly in the State Courts in Monmouth (Freehold), Ocean (Toms River), Middlesex (New Brunswick), Burlington (Mount Holly), Mercer (Trenton), Essex (Newark), and Union (Elizabeth) Counties.

Evans, Osborne & Kreizman is proud that a number of our former partners have received appointments to both the State and Federal courts. Among those judges formerly associated with the firm are Harry Lane, Jr. (U.S. Magistrate), Marshall Selikoff (Superior Court of New Jersey), William G. Bassler (United States District Court), Terence P. Flynn (Superior Court of New Jersey), Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. (Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division), and Chester Apy (New Jersey Worker's Compensation Court). Additionally, Joel Kreizman serves as Judge of the Ocean Township Municipal Court.

The firm prides itself on its active participation in civic affairs. Joel Kreizman has been involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation for 12 years, and serves as Vice President and former President of the Central Jersey Chapter. Harry Osborne has been a Trustee of Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Inc. since 1976, and has served as both President and Chairman of the Board. Kevin Hoffman is a Director of the Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Marie Accardi is a Trustee of the Monmouth County Bar Association, and supervises the Monmouth County Mock Trial Competition for the New Jersey State Bar Association.
