    Lawyer Profile:

Daniel J. Herman is Board Certified in the areas of Business and Consumer Bankruptcies.

For 23 years my law practice has been limited to the practice of bankruptcy law. Because I work on these issues every single day, I can assure my clients that I appreciate the subtleties of the law in these areas and that I am on top of changes in the law that may affect them. I personally handle each client's legal matters and I am proud to say that I take the time to get to know my clients and understand their goals.

I have represented some of the leading businesses and banks in Florida. My biggest source of clients is from other attorneys who recognize that I can handle the very tough bankruptcy cases. Creditors have alternatives for responding to a bankruptcy. Unfortunately, they sometimes give up upon learning a bankruptcy has been filed. A brief investigation of the case is all that is needed to find options for preserving a creditor's rights and interests. There are many grounds for having the debtor's discharge of a debt owed to you denied. As an experienced bankruptcy attorney, I can assess your rights and work with you to determine the appropriate course of action to take under the circumstances. However, some deadlines are very short and time is of the essence.

I am committed to providing my clients with experienced bankruptcy representation and look forward to working with you should you ever be in need of my legal services.
