Raj Sivananthan is a litigator with 20 years of experience.  Sought after for his highly focused knowledge and experience, Raj is a leader in the world of discovery and e-discovery.  He advises corporations on how to take on the many challenges of modern discovery practice, and directs the tactical preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition and the strategic preparation of responses to all forms of discovery.  He also has significant experience in designing, implementing and coordinating discovery management programs, e-discovery, record retention programs and litigation risk management programs for clients.

The specialized programs he has created and managed involve all facets of discovery management and is aimed at minimizing the risk to clients from discovery inconsistencies and the resulting monetary sanctions and loss of credibility. The processes and procedures he has designed include detailed discovery tracking tools, calendaring tools, and electronic databases that capture company information and preferred strategy in a consistent manner for reference and re-use in pattern litigation.

Raj is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from discovery management and program implementation to case management and witness preparation.
