The LAW OFFICE OF GOLD & ASSOCIATES, P.C.  with offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, and Mt. Holly NJ.has been representing criminal, traffice and juvenile clients for over 25 years. Its founder, JEFFREY EVAN GOLD, is a 1981 graduate of the Rutgers School of Law. A Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Gold is a former Asst. Burlington County Prosecutor. He has been four times named as a Chairman of the Burlington County Bench and Bar Criminal Committee and twice as the chair if the Criminal Practice Committee. He is Chair elect to the New Jersey State Bar Municiapl Court Committee. He regulaly lectures on the subject of  DWI . He was a Police Academy instructor.  He is a regular gues criminal law expert on televison channel CN8's "Its Your Call with Lynn Doule". Mr. Gold is admitted to the all N.J. courts as well as the U.S. 3^rd Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. He was lead defense cousnel in State v Foley, 370 N.J. Super. 341 (Law Div. 2004) , the first published case resticting the use of the Alotest 7110 in DWI.  And  he was lead Amicus counsel for the NJSBA in State v Chun, 194 NJ 54 (2008) the leading case in the world on the reliabilinty of the the Alcotest for use in DWI cases. He represented the defendant  State v. Lauren Sparks , 261 NJ Super. 458 (App. Div. 1993) holding the State to its obligation to prove drug defendant's guilt by strict adherence to the statutory law.
