Esti Miller is Of Counsel in the Tarzana office of Wasserman, Comden & Casselman, L.L.P.  Ms. Miller's areas of practice are corporate law, business contracts and transactions; business organizations, formation and maintenance; and estate planning.  Ms. Miller also acts as outside general counsel to various businesses as well as non-profit, animal welfare organizations.

Ms. Miller is a published author, including:  NAFTA: Protector of National Intellectual Property Rights or Blueprint for Globalization? The Effect of NAFTA on the First Sale Doctrine in Copyright Law., 16 Loy. L.A. Ent. L.J. 475, 1995.  She received the Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition writing award in 1995.  Ms. Miller is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
