William Maynard is a founding partner of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has more than 30 years of experience in a broad range of civil jury trials. Mr. Maynard has successfully defended corporate clients throughout the United States and has significant experience with complex federal issues and the application of foreign laws. In 2005, he was selected as the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year by the University of Houston Law Center.
