Lawyer Overview

Charles Bauer is a former chair of the Idaho State Bar Family Law Section, and continues to serve on the council of that section. He has authored numerous articles on family law issues, and has lectured around the state on divorce and child custody matters, most recently presenting an overview of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, which became law in Idaho in July, 2000.
