Carroll J. Collins III has been a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization, since 1980. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Carroll also handles estate planning and probate matters. He joined the firm in 1997 after being the managing partner of a family law firm for the previous 10 years. He practices in all the Bay Area counties and lectures extensively on issues of family law, estate planning and probate.
Carroll is a 1969 graduate of the University of California at Davis and a 1973 graduate of the University of San Francisco Law School.
