Mr. Donnelly is a 1997 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Donnelly attended law school in the evening while working as a police officer. Mr. Donnelly is currently a detective with the Scotch Plains Police Department. During his fourteen years as a police officer, Mr. Donnelly has spent time as a Homicide Detective at both the Somerset and Union County Prosecutors Office's. Mr. Donnelly is also currently a guest lecturer at the Seton Hall Graduate School of Education and a former Criminal Law/Procedure instructor at the Somerset Police Academy. Mr. Donnelly is actively involved in the PBA and currently holds the position as State Delegate.
