Firm Profile

History of the Firm. For more than a decade, Richard E. Hemb has provided the highest quality legal service to clients within the Fresno area and from San Francisco to San Diego. The firm has expanded beyond primary wills, trusts and the administration of estates to provide professional legal services for families and service providers for the aging senior population.

Current Practice. The firm maintains a full-service estate planning division with a primary focus on the needs of the ageing baby-boomer, active seniors and protection of families with minor children.

Mission. To protect and maintain the integrity of the family and the individual dynamics within this structure. To personally get to know each client and their specific needs and thereby create an estate plan that protects and fulfills their long term goals.

Education. Due to constant changes within this area of practice. Richard E. Hemb participates in ongoing education through professional associations in addition to teaching courses on trust and estate planning within the adult education system.

Consultation Fees. In the preliminary phase an initial consultation is held, usually at no charge, to assess the needs of each client and provide a customized Estate Profile. A summary of all services provided and corresponding fees, as well as billing procedures, is discussed in the preliminary phase. Various payment plans are available.
