Practice
Fred’s experience in litigation, mediation and arbitration provides clients a variety of resolution options. So, while his practice concentrates on litigation of securities, investment, noncompetition and trade secret disputes, he also has vast experience resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation. He is an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Fred also serves as a mediator and private arbitrator in commercial, securities, employment and trade practice disputes.
